Return and Refund policy

Return conditions:
A. The product must not have been used.
B. The return must be made within ten (10) calendar days.
C. The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (
Retail receipt, invoice, delivery note-invoice, etc.).

Before any return you must first contact us
to record the movement in our files, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
In case of purchase or change from the physical store, it can not be done
exchange or refund remotely (via the online store) and exchange or refund

Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any product within 10
calendar days without any explanation. The withdrawal period ends

definitely within 10 days of the day you acquired the physical possession of the
products. The deadline is considered to be met if you send the products back before
the end of the 10 day period.
